Hi, Anne&Mary is located in a historic building with very large walls and the wifi connection is not fast for this.

How much will it cost to park our car nearby, and how would we book parking?

We are in the ztl zone and it is not possible to park inside. At 200 meters from us there are blue lines and you can park for a maximum of 4 euros per day.

great location. walking distance to all the places of interest. Anne is so friendly and helpful!
the elevator was out of order during the time we been there. it maybe a problem for ladies to carry heavy luggages up.

Conveniently located accommodation near the Colosseum
We visited in July 2023. A nice charming and very friendly lady owns/keeps the accommodation. No breakfast available but that does not matter as in downstairs there is a lovely cafe (and other restaurants also available) from which you can get discount when you are staying with Anne&Mary. Building is perfectly located near Colosseum. We got many good restaurant tips and help from the owner.
Unfortunately, the air conditioning does not meet today's standards when it is hot outside. Recovering from the heat was therefore challenging. Otherwise we have nothing to complain - we really love Anne&Mary's hospitality and helpfullness.

Exceptional
Our host was incredibly friendly and helpful, full of good advice on where to go and where to eat. The room and bed were very comfortable, and very clean - and importantly in a heatwave, well air-conditioned. The location is excellent for the Colosseum and surrounding attractions, and easy to get to from termini station. Would definitely stay again!
